In case of unsuccessful or partly successful mediation : When

the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the judgment
will remain in effect. If the legal execution process has already

been started, the executing officer continues as outlined in the
procedure.
In the case that the parties can partly reach an agreement,

the executing officer will continue to proceed in the part where
no agreement is made.

9. How long does the post - judicial

mediation take?

The period of time needed for the mediation depends on
the complexity of the cases. It usually takes 1 - 3 months.
