(2) Post - legal execution mediation takes place after a seizure

and attachment or a sale by auction of the judgment debtor’s
property has been enforced. If successful, it would lead to a

withdrawal of the property seizure, property attachment or legal
execution process whereby the parties will enter into an agreement
to which they shall be bound. If partially settled, the parties can

still enforce the remaining unsettled issues.

6. How does the post - judicial
mediation work?

Answer
(1) To participate in Post - legal execution mediation, the

parties agreeing to have an impartial person assist in ending the
legal execution may file a request to the Mediation Center at

the Legal Execution Department or to any Legal Execution Offices
nationwide.
(2) To participate in postlegal execution mediation, the

parties may agree to have mediation service before a sale by
auction or after a property attachment by filing a request to the

Mediation Center at the Legal Execution Department or to any
Legal Execution Offices nationwide. If successful, it would lead
to a withdrawal of property seizure, property attachment or legal

execution process.
