Apart from full payment of the purchase price, the buyer must also pay
the following expenses:
1. Duty stamps to be affixed to a sale receipt must be paid to the
enforcement officer.
2. Registration of the title transfer fees, taxes and other fees charged by
land officers must be paid at a land office.
