Answer

Stakeholders in a sale by public auction should oversee the sale to
protect their rights and interests. If no stakeholder is present at a public
auction, the enforcement officer will sell the property to the highest bidder.
For the plaintiff, if the highest bid is lower than the amount of debts, the
plaintiff will not receive debt repayment in full and have to search for the
defendant’s additional property for further sale, incurring more expenses.
For the defendant, if the plaintiff does not receive debt repayment in full,
the defendant will be subject to more seizure of property.
