             Question

If a plaintiff wants to buy the property through a sale by public
auction, does he or she have to place any bid deposit?

             Answer

If the plaintiff is a preferred creditor of an immovable property, such as a
mortgagee, with a court order granting it preferential right to debt repayment,
the plaintiff still has to place a bid deposit under the conditions specified in
            the public auction announcement.
If the plaintiff is not a preferred creditor, he or she must place a bid
deposit under the conditions specified in the public auction announcement
as well, but the amount of deposit must be placed same as normal bidders.
