Is there any case where after an enforcement officer has sold the
property through public auction but has later put the property up for
public auction again?

Answer

This can happen in the following cases:
1. In the case where a buyer fails to pay the remaining amount of the
purchase price within the prescribed time period, the enforcement officer
will forfeit the buyer’s deposit and put the property up for a sale by public
auction again.
2. In the case where the court has ordered termination of a sale by public
auction or part of the public auction process, the enforcement officer will
put said property up for a sale by public auction again.
