What rights does a property owner have during seizure and public
auction announcement of a property?
Answer

Although the property has been seized and being announced for a sale
by public auction, the owner still has the right of property ownership and,
therefore, can take possession and reside in the property but cannot perform
any juristic act relating to the property or impair its benefits. The property
owner must vacate the property upon completion of the public auction and
full repayment by the buyer.
