In buying properties at a sale by public auction, can two persons
register their names as joint buyers?

Answer

You can buy them under any number of names but all persons involved
must sign their names for bidding participation before placing a bidding
deposit. If any person who gave his or her signature is not present on the
day of the public auction, a power of attorney made by such person must
be presented for the signing of biding participation. However, a request for
change of the name(s) of buyers at later date is not permitted.
