Can the person who won the bid for a property but failed to pay
the purchase price within the prescribed period participate in another
public auction, and how much money must be deposited for bidding
participation?
Answer

In the case that a buyer has not paid the remaining amount of the
auction price within the prescribed period, that buyer can participate in other
public auctions both in the original case and that the buyer failed to pay the
auction price within the prescribed period in the oringinal case any other cases of
his/her interest. However, a special security must be placed as prescribed in
the auction announcement.
