Answer
When an enforcement officer receives the attached money,
the officer must wait until 15 days from the due date of payment has lapsed
(beyond the period that other creditors can apply for distribution payment)
before preparing a distribution account. In the case that the defendant
was in default, the enforcement officer will distribute payment after
6 months from the date that the debtor received the writ of attachment
has lapsed.
