Who will be responsible for payment of the attachment termination
fees?

Answer

In case of termination of property attachment, the person responsible
for payment of execution fees is the creditor who requests for attachment
under the last paragraph of Section 169/2 of the Civil Procedure Code.
The fees are charged at the rate of 1 percent of the attached amount notified
by the enforcement officer, unless both parties have agreed otherwise.
