If I want to bid for a property and only know the location of the
property put up for sale by public auction but not the case details,
what should I do?

Answer

If the property in question is being announced for sale by public auction,
you can make a preliminary check from the public auction application on
the Legal Execution Department’s website. Upon accessing the application,
you will find a map of Thailand. Select the province where the property
of your interest is located, select the area of your interest and you will
find lists of properties for sale by public auctions. Study details of each
property to see if you are interested in buying it or not. If you cannot find
the property of your liking, you must check with the
Legal Execution Office in the area that
the property is located by giving known
details to the enforcement officer to
enable the officer to check details
of said property.
