Answer

The creditor can ask the enforcement officer to attach dividends,
average returns and shares that the debtor holds in a saving cooperative
but the attached shares will be delivered to the enforcement officer upon
termination of the debtor’s membership (resignation or death) only. The saving
cooperatives will deduct the value of such shares to repay the debts that
the debtor owes to the cooperative first. If there is any remaining amounts,
they will be delivered to the enforcement officer.
