Answer

Salaries of government officials are not liable to execution under
Section 302 (2) of the Civil Procedure Code, unless it is specifically

permitted by the provisions of any other laws, such as the Juvenile and
Family Court and Procedure Act B.E. 2553 (2010), the Bankruptcy Act,

B.E. 2483 (1940), etc.
