Can a creditor ask an enforcement officer to simultaneously seize
property and attach salary of the debtor?
Answer

It is the right to case judgement enforcement of the creditor to ask
an enforcement officer to either seize property or attach salary of the debtor
first or to simultaneously conduct them. However, the combined amount
of the seized property prices and the attached money must not exceed
the amount of debts stipulated in the case judgement.
