Can a creditor ask an enforcement officer to attach salary of
a debtor’s spouse through the spouse’s employer?

Answer

Salaries of a debtor’s spouse that has not yet been paid is the right of
claim that the debtor’s spouse can claim from the employer’s company but
is not the right of claim of the debtor. Therefore, the enforcement officer
has no authority to notify salary attachment of the debtor’s spouse to the
employer’s company of the spouse.
