Question
In the case that a debtor works for a state enterprise, can a creditor
request attachment of the debtor’s salary?
Answer
The enforcement officer can attach salary of the debtor who works
for a state enterprise, such as the State Railway of Thailand, the Bangkok
Mass Transit Authority, the Provincial Waterworks Authority, the Electricity
Generating Authority of Thailand, the Port Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways,
etc., as salaries of state enterprise employees are liable to execution.
