Can a creditor request for an attachment of money in the debtor’s
bank account?
Answer

In requesting for attachment of money in the debtor’s bank
account, the creditor can ask the enforcement officer to do so.
The name of the bank account must be the same as the name of the
debtor as specified in the writ of execution and the certificate of juristic
person (in the case that the debtor is a juristic person) or a certificate
of house registration (Form Thor.Ror. 14) (in the case that the debtor
is a natural person). If there is a discrepancy in the names, evidence
of name change of the person or juristic person must be presented
to supplement the attachment request. Moreover, the creditor must
specify the debtor’s bank account category, the bank’s name and
branch as well as number of the bank account under the attachment
request (if any).
