            Question

If the parties in a lawsuit or an enforcement officer ask for a stay of
sale, how will the next auction be counted?

            Answer

If there is a ground for a stay of any sale by public auction, either by
the parties in a lawsuit or the enforcement officer, it shall be deemed that
there is no sale at that auction. For example, when six public auctions are
announced, the starting price in the first auction is 100% of the appraisal
value, 90% of the appraisal value in the second auctions, 80% of the appraisal
value in the third auction, and 70% of the appraisal value in the fourth to the
sixth auctions. If the first auction is stayed, the starting price in the second
auction will be 100% of the appraisal value because there is no sale in the
            first auction.
