38 Legal Execution Department
3. High legal execution expenses. Judgment creditors are
required to pay legal execution expenses in advance and will be
reimbursed only when the seized assets are sold. If the initial
amount of expenses is insuff icient, the judgment creditor is
required to provide more money until the seized assets are
sold. In some cases the f inal amount received by the judgment
creditor is less than the expenses they have paid in advance.
In the end, the judgment creditor not only loses time for the
entire legal execution process but also receives less than the full
amount granted under the Court judgment.
4. Enforcement of judgment. Legal execution process
cannot be implemented unless permissible in the judgment,
which in reality may turn out to be non-enforceable and
cause much diff iculties for the enforcement process.
