• In the case that a judgement creditor wishes to seize movable properties
kept in the house where the judgement debtor’s name is listed in the house
registration but is not the house owner, the enforcement officer can seize
the property. If there is any objection or argument that the properties to be
seized do not belong to the judgement debtor but the judgement creditor
insists on the seizure, the enforcement officer will comply with such wish,
unless the facts appear that the movable properties to be seized, such as
firearm, machineries, and so on, are in another person’s name. In such case,
the enforcement officer is likely to stay the seizure. The creditor has the right
to file a motion to the court within 15 days from the date of such order so
that the court will consider the petition and issue an order.
                • In the case that a judgement creditor request for seizure of animals,
items, tools and equipment necessary for the engagement of occupation
or profession for the subsistence of the judgment debtor, with a combined
values not exceeding 100,000 baht, since these properties are not liable to
execution the enforcement officer will not perform a seizure as suggested
            by the creditor.
