4. Location map (showing where the seized property is, its distance
            from the main road or road or lane, Kilometer post numbers and nearby
            landmarks).
                5. The appraisal value price of the land and condominium unit.
                6. Advanced seizure expenses deposit of 2,500 baht per case.
                * For seizure of Nor.Sor. 3 / Nor.Sor. 3 Kor land, the person
            leading a seizure submits a copy of Ror.Wor.9 certificate, Ror.Wor. 25
            Jor certificate, and copies of the land allotment map in the UTM Indian
            1975 or the UTM WGS 84 coordinate systems to supplement the seizure
            of land, unless there is any difficulty. In such case, the leading creditor
            must contact the enforcement officer and present evidences provided
            by the land officer to confirm that there is no Ror.Wor.9 certificate,
            Ror.Wor. 25 Jor certificate or land allotment map in the UTM Indian 1975 or
            the UTM WGS 84 coordinate systems for such plots of land. For seizure
            of Nor.Sor. 3 land, the plaintiff must contact a land officer to participate
            in on-site identification of the seized land boundaries. The plaintiff shall
            be responsible for the land survey expenses. If the land officer did not
            participate in on-site identification of the seized land, the creditor shall
            present the officer’s refusal to attend letter or notify any other difficulty
            in doing so to the enforcement officer.
