What supporting documents do I need when applying for a seizure
of property (vacant land or land with structure)?

Answer

The following documents are required for a seizure of vacant land or
land with structure:
1. The original title deed, Nor.Sor. 3 or Nor.Sor. 3 Kor. certificate of
land utilization or copy of the title document owned by the defendant
(judgement debtor) which is certified within one month by a registry officer
before the seizure (in the case where the original copies are not available).
2. Copy of the house registration of the defendant, co-owner / copy of
a certificate of juristic person (if the defendant is a juristic person), which
is certified within one month by a registry officer.
3. Photographs of location of the property being applied for a seizure
and current details of the structure.
