4) Pursuant to participating in the immovable property
or movable property that has appraisal value from THB 500,000
onwards, the bidder must place a bid deposit either in cash or
cashier cheque payable to the Civil Case Enforcement Bangkok
Office 1 – 7 or the Provincial Legal Execution Office or branch
of Provincial Legal Execution Office, or processing via the EDC
(Electronic Data Capture) System, at the amount indicated in
the announcement and at the rate specified below, as a bidding
guarantee.
