Public Auction

Case of seizure, attachment of a claim, or delivery
of the property under an attached claim with no
reasonable ground to stay the execution (section
331 first paragraph)

Examine the announcement proceeding, the first sale date must
not be fewer than 60 days from the date of seizure, attachment or
delivery of the property and must notify the date, time and place of
the public auction to all persons interested in the execution.
(section 331 paragraph 2)

Regulates the method of sale at public auction (section 333)

The property to be put on sale at public auction is an apartment under the law
on condominium or a developed land under the law on land development, the
enforcement officer shall notify the condominium juristic person or the developed
estate juristic person to submit the debt items for the issuance of the debt-free
certificate under the law on condominium or to submit the debt items under the
law on land development to the enforcement officer within 30 days from the date
the notice is received. (section 335)
